what is ur cooler fan model? best to go for AIO cooler.

600W PSU is for 3rd or 4th gen Intel processors. Change to at least 750W min.

If u wan go for ARGB, min 850W.

No, you do not need extra 100W for ARGB effects.

let me know if need make any adjustment

Take note:

1) If you want to reuse the SSD, Windows must reinstall.
I know some just plug in their old SSD no need to reinstall save all the trouble.
However PC stability is questionable so for new motherboard is best to reinstall Windows.
Reinstall Windows is not reset, many often confuse WIndows reset is reinstall Windows
which in fact they are different.

2) Don't use Armageddon products, they are cheap but if you never use before.
Their products are Toy quality the PSU avoid is bad quality.
I recently encounter one, rubbish quality PC can on but not delivering enough power.
Your spec is unbalance high end CPU but other stuff low end.

You should consider:

CPU + MB
AMD Ryzen 5 9600X + Gigabyte B850M Gaming X WIFI6 - $654

GFX
Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti Gaming OC - $710

Ram
G.Skill Ripaws M5 Neo DDR5-6000 - $150

PSU
CORSAIR RMe Series RM650e - $150

Casing

Deepcool DC-CG580 - $83

deepcool_cg580_4f_wh_atx_tower_case_white_ac82559_15337.jpg

Not sure what is the SSD just hope is not another Armageddon brand.
Best budget SSD will be Lexar NM790 1TB $125.
CPU fan wise for Ryzen 5 air cooler is possible you can get CPU cooler like
Thermalright around $50.

I would seriously consider using the Ryzen 7700 tray CPU and using the price difference from the 7800X3D to upgrade the graphics card to RTX 5070 or possible an AMD RX 9070.
Using the 7800X3D to power the 5060Ti is overkill, the GPU is nowhere near powerful enough to force the system into the CPU limit.
