2.1 speakers for gaming

Hey guys, any recommendation for 2.1 speakers. My current altec lansing ones are from 6 years ago and the sound quality is dropping, thus thinking of getting new ones. budget around 150 or lower.

They never come up with anything nice, so got nothing to say about it?

logitech z623, boomy bass, good for games, but awful for music imo. currently sim lim has one for $179.

I second shadow on this one. Been using it for a while. Very good pair of 2.1s Got it at PC Themes for $105 without much bargaining.

How is the bass of it for action movies or FPS gaming?

I do not recommend any Creative speaker system. The product can become bonkers after 1 year of usage. Now I am using a headset.

guess im the lucky ones then, been using creative t3 for 3 years, no issues. "cross fingers!"

+1 for the M10. They are great speakers at their price range. Plus they look great too.
