2 ICT Call Up In 7 Months

Have a LK ICT in Feb. Haven't even went in for LK ICT. I just received another letter for a HK ICT in July.

They probably have every right to do so but it will seriously affect my job and have a chain effect on my future income as i am self employed due to the disruptions this will cause.

Asking opinions is there any way to defer the later ICT successfully?

endure it...

last time got 2-3 standby per yr... and 2-3 LK per yr... they dont want to give us that.. so still consider LK... LLST too...

LK ICT in Feb is 2014/2015 SAF work year.

HK ICT in July is 2015/2016 SAF work year.

SAF work year is April to April. So to them, it is 2 diferent year.

Even if you defer the July one, they can call you back for make-up ICT later in the year.

U probably need to let your boss know that SAF's work year starts in April, so the two callups belong to two different work years.

MR = 7HK + 10 ORNS cycles

That's not exactly true what..

LK ICT in Feb is 2014/2015 SAF work year.

HK ICT in July is 2015/2016 SAF work year.

TS can have another ICT for SAF work year 2016/2017 which runs from April 2016 - March 2017. Hence he can be called up between april 2016 - Dec 2016 hence there's a possibility of ICT in the calendar year 2016 ain't it?
