i saw this article when they announced phase 1:

but what the CNA article versus the govt press release is diff, govt MTI press release did not state Money changers so i'm still confused if they're gonna reopen. even so, because of no travel causes low footfall so alot might still choose to close.

i've got like AUD wch is bouncing back in my favour to exchange now before the rates goes back up. i exchanged them before they rised last year so this is a good time to recoup.
