if its dispute
i wonder if complaints hv been reported by either party.
and as u know neighbour disputes
even if u report to the authorities
they may not necessarily take any action
and usually it's non arrestable until ofc now someone's dead!
i know of cases where go state court also no use
even if you claim the neighbour is fr hellll!

Mr Koh, a business owner, added: “Her husband was trying to fight off a man who was holding a knife. At the same time, the husband was yelling ‘Anyone knows CPR? Please help my wife!’ Then I saw the husband get stabbed at his chest area.”

And what's the point of CPR when there are multiple stab wounds? Loss of blood will result in death.
