2 recall manning in a year?

Has anybody experienced the above as stated in the title? I had my first recall manning last month and just received a notification for another recall manning period in 4th qtr 2014 is this normal for a typical NSman's workyear? Any bros out there please share your insights, thanks.

The workyear is from April to March.

They go by work year not calendar year. Should not get more than 1 mob in one work year.

Last time used to be 2 mobs per year, each for a period of 1 week. Then some joker suggested to make it 1 mob per year but for a period of 2 weeks and it was implemented.

Thanks guys for the insights.. damn ccb sia 2 mobs in one calendar year.. suspect it might have something to do with the current crisis in Ukraine now, along with the stupid usman harun bullsheit from the indos.. cmmdrs backside itchy must find some reason to wayang

Huh we have our own version of ukraine waiting to happen in SEA, only that the aggressor is china and the territory in dispute is the spratlys (philippines and the rest of SEA except SG). Hope the current ukraine crisis isn't too "far fetch" now for you..
