Hi, using asus motherboard win xp.
When boot up will have this symptom and won't have any video output at all. Tried replacing ram and ram slots same.
Googled and it says it's keyboard issue?? Anyway I boot pc without mouse or keyboard attached also same problem.
One time out of 100 it may be able to boot into windows without any issue.

Suggestion anyone? Much appreciated!

i assume your computer is using 2 pieces of RAM. try to boot 1 piece by 1 piece. also boot without the gfx card. If all else fails replace the cmos battery. Before all of this you should check all the physical condition of the wires connecting the psu to MB. also check for brown burnt capacitors on your MB. it will be helpful if you can post some specs of your PC.
