$2000 budget for gaming rig

Hi people, intend to buy a gaming rig to play BF4. I am using a 23" monitor, 1920 x 1080. Need OS, don't need speakers, keyboard, mouse. Don't intend to overclock. Need some recommendations, thanks

add in a H100i for CPU Cooling, and a Accelero Xtreme III VGA cooler will come up just nice...
