saying invest in low risk high return opportunities is kum lan...
that's like saying buy low sell high...
common sense thing to do...
your "advice" (by the way, "advise" is a verb, not a noun), is as stupid as telling people that making money is the way to get rich.

Totally, wholeheartedly agree. Some people will never get it though.

There are some good cheap SGX property stocks right now and they are good value. This is because of the cooling measure, prices came down and you have a golden opportunity to pick them up on the cheap :o

but REITs are not good value. They are fairly priced. in investment, we dont buy assets at fair price, we buy assets are undervalue. So REITs dont present good value

as usual, i can be wrong, so do your own homework! Dont follow my tips blindly

common sense thing to do... the questions are: how to know what is the excess potential or negative excess for each stock in an inefficient market?
and what are the target prices?
respectively...

I use TA+FA, both say buy then u buy. If 1 never say buy, u dont buy.

that's as pointless as saying do not invest in failing companies
or do not buy overpriced stocks

apart from saying pointless stuff, any wisdom you have to share?

sorrie, its not my practice to share stock tips :o

share liao later ppl buy blindly, lose tons of money not my problem

Bro share with a disclaimer. No one in their right mind will follow u blindly and buy tons without doing their own due diligent.
If they so stupid, sooner or later they will invest in some gold or land schemes anyway.

If people profit, they won't share $$$ with u. If they lose, none of your business too.
Just a mere thank you or aiyah only.
