Not enough memory issues

Hi all,

I have a 65’ C7 and I realized that I am not able to stream a movie or show direct from the internet without a disruption after about 15 minutes and I had to restart it again. I’ve looked it up in the internet and it seems to be a common issue with this TV. Was wondering if anyone else encountered it and how did you manage to resolve it? Really fed up with buying this smart TV that’s not very smart.

Thanks all

You're using the unbuilt browser? It's a purposeful RAM limitation built in by LG.. to prevent pirating. Try using an app..I'm using TV cast LG.. got the paid version..works fine for the site I'm streaming from.

Hi Ivankoh3,
Maybe can share more information of your setup.
Connection to TV is wired or wireless?
If wireless, try to connect using RJ45 connection and check the outcome.
If wireless what type of signal used "N", "B", "G" or "AC", what is the internet connection strength using FAST.COM to check.
Starting with this information maybe some brothers here can help to provide a solution.

Manage to get my hands on the last few set of the 65C7T at $4400. Tested the SJ9 Soundbar but wasn’t impress with the flat sounding it has... (cos i’m a little audiophile) went around courts megatore and go introduced to a true Dolby Atmos Set up.

It’s a Pioneer Prestige 933, basically it’s a Dolby Atmos AV Receiver that’s paired with decent speakers from wharfedale. U can opt for a full 5.1.2 set up for additional $399. else the 5.1 is going for $1888. Well i bought the C7T so i got a $200 AV voucher from courts! $1688 and walah!

It worth all the effort. If you are true audiophile . You can't expect a decent dolby atmos from sound bar, let alone dolby DTS-MA
