I am thinking of building ryzen rig with 2k budget for virtualization and casual gaming. Researched abit and came up with following items...need experts to help me see if worth it

Ryzen 2700 + Asus Prime B350 Plus $599
CORSAIR LPX 3000 2x8GB $289
Samsung 970 NVME 250GB $169
GALAX GTX1060 OC 6GB $449
Seasonic Focus Plus 650FX $159
CRYORIG R1-Universal $139
Artic Silver 5 $16
Fractal Design Meshify C TG $145


Total $1965

Will be reusing Crucial MX500 500GB SSD , Asus PCE-AC68, Monitor and OS.
Price from Cybermind as they can use paywave for credit card points

why not x470 mobo?

I am abit noob..whats the additional benefits of x470 vs b350?

will consider changing to x470 though as i heard b350 mobo might need bios update to support 2nd gen ryzen

The stock AMD Wraith Spire cooler that comes together with Ryzen 2700 is good enough and can save a few bucks.

Or I would suggest with your $2k budget could get the Ryzen 2700x instead which comes with their newer Wraith Prism RGB cooler.
