So far the only drawback about the P3 is the display. Is dim in most circumstances and need to be set to the brightest in an outdoor setting.

Hoping that the machine learning would figure this out soon.

Not sure, but there is a very very small gap between the screen and frame where the glue can get in and stay there. Ai ya, day to day use, its hardly noticeable anyway. Its just that I am nitpicking.

I find it quite serious tbh. Maybe my ocd kicks in. Put case in u won't notice, but if take out to clean will see

I'm awaiting for my google pixel 3 xl pink moon casing..should be at singpost now and should be here sometime this week..

on a side note, i have a question, when i turn off developer options, it goes back to normal settings as before, for example in developer options i turn off notch and after i turn off developer options the notch automatically comes up, it is supposed to be like this right? where by once the developer options is turn off , every settings go back to normal again.

I leave it on and adjust it as and when I need to. By right adaptive brightness means it learns your preferences over time so you no need to manually adjust.

GG to me I guess. It's been having issues with the third party cameras since I got the device, thought it should have been fixed with the Dec 5th patch, but nope, still there.

Will probably drop by CTDI later and see what they can do about this, have an email from Google's support that say that I can either replace the device via authorised channels or through Google Exchange program.

Will leave an update here once I get more info.

Think it's limitation of the display used, unlikely can be fixed by software.


My fabric case quite dirty already. Somehow it became super smooth, so very slippery for me. The mnml case gives me a better grip lol
