The phone has VoLTE capability but doesnt work with our local telcos. This is since pixel 2. I assume the same for pixel 3.

Seems like google really cmi when comes to pre-orders/sales.

I am lucky to recontract with Singtel on 24Oct and received mine (3 non-XL) on 2Nov (with pixel stand). Been using for few days and seems good but I wait for the night sight function till neck long Liao.

Also want to ask if anyone know where got sell the original case? If no SG shop selling then I will order from google store Liao.

Maybe by dec hopefully will have night sight. Its the same case for google lens feature when announced along the launch for pixel 2 last year. Took a while after launch to get google lens.

just walked into Starhub to check if can buy without contract . can buy , fabric case @ 60 SGD . gonna try and cancel my google order now and just buy from starhub tomorrow

Usually starhub will maintain at Google store pricing. Those other local shops will go below that pricing. If I'm not wrong.

I guess the one benefit is you can give starhub more money than the shops? It's a benefit to them, not to you though.

I cancelled my online order after google emailed me today, informing of a 2-3 weeks further delay. Dropped by Vivo starhub and purchased a 3 XL without contract.

i kena ping pong like mad , now they ask me contact support chat at 11PM cause at that time then the support for orders is online. NB i talk to like 4/5 CSO just to bounce around by them

Not sure if this is already shared.

Comparison of Pixel 3XL and Mate 20Pro Night shots.

Google's AI is amazing and compensates well in night shots despite only 1 lens. Day shots Huawei should win in most standard scenarios (esp. zoom in), although maybe not as big a margin.

Went to Far East Moby today and they still have stock for black Pixel 3XL but Pixel 3 sold out. No fabric case but I gonna check Starhub tomorrow
Shop staff shared that Pixel 3 will be restocked next week.

I am now very tempted to refuse the Google delivery, esp will the extra credit card charges, and moby is selling below retail.

Got mine Pixel 3 XL Yesterday from Singtel Delivery with the Pixel Stand. Really so much more refined now considering the last android phone i used was the Samsung Note 7.

I think most people had a misunderstanding that only telcos will carry the phone lah.
