see the different shading..

to me is more of a design color than a real problem cause i could see a straight line. my own opinion

Portrait mode is the mode you can shoot photos to get the bokeh(blur) effect.

I'm not sure if this helps but whenever I had trouble with their CSO since they always reply according to the book like a robot which is annoying and even after talking to a higher up manager and they still can't do a thing. I'll compose an email to the top rank guy in their department and also the top guy in marketing department. Their boss immediately called in to apologise and immediate action will be taken and all problem solved. (Tips: Linkedin)

As per my understanding, if u opt for the black, u should get it delivered within two days since they have the stocks and others are getting them now too. On top of that, they must also grant all the freebies (the confirmed pixel stand/customised case/free data for a year). Will not tolerate being ignored.

Just a reminder that the initial free pixel stand offered by singtel was only for pre-orders re-contract with Data x3 or x4 add-on.

There might be people who opted to re-contract without the additional data x3/x4 add-on thus its only normal they dont get the pixel stand.

Nope bro. They changed the T&C to first 1000 preorders. So naturally ppl who PO on the first day should have it.

If ppl who are preordering like 2 days before launch still get to have the pixel stand, I think it's common sense to singtel that ppl who PO on first day are within the first 1000 right?

Haha I have this too. But honestly, I much rather have my phone since 1 Nov than to have all those extra freebies. Their balls are stuck now because they can't fulfill their promise of getting us the phone by 1 Nov, that's why they are giving us the extra perks.

Thanks bros. I was all mentally prepared to receive my phone even after Deepavali next week but finally received a POP Station sms at 10pm earlier. I guess making some noise got some service recovery done.

I haven't noticed any uneven tint on the screen as far as I can see, and got the Pixel Stand together with the phone as promised so all's good so far. The texture of the phone's new back feels very good to the touch, and will probably help with grip as well.

Battery life on P3 is shorter than P2 (by almost 1.5 hr) whereas P3XL matches P2 battery runtime. In a dilemma over P3 or XL. Sigh.

Copy your own music files into the ringtone folder. On pixel 2 xl. I assume pixel 3 also can.

Same for alarm tones etc.
