In SK got democratic system where people get to vote for the leader. But will have problems coz NK dont follow this system, and Kim Jong Un wants to stay in power. It might cause riot/conflict etc...this one hard to say.

East Germany collapse cos someone in ussr said smth wrong. Then guard heard wrongly and open gate. Eventually, ussr collapse 2 years later and the 2 Germany unites cos the east has no one to take instructions from.
