i think u can add the email first, then edit the today view to include google calendar and shift it to the top of the list. thats what i just did yesterday.

I've been considering to switch to ipad pro from my surface go, due to the less-than-desirable writing experience.

That being said, should I wait for a newer release that's supposed to come out in Mar/Jul or just get the current one now?

iPad can check battery health? Thought that was only for iPhones. Unless by capacity, you mean battery percentage then it depends.

So the ipad pro is likely to be refreshed soon, so if you can wait, do so. Even if the new release is somehow underwhelming (given how fantastic the ipad pro 11 is right now), you should be able to get the 2018 at a great discount.

If you want the 2018 now, get it from the Apple Refurbished Store for 15% off, for an almost brand new device.

Oh wow, thank you for that page! Will try to hold out as long as possible with my surface go. Hopefully the next release will come out in March.

I've checked out the devices in the apply store. Didnt realise the 12.9 is pretty huge. Though it isnt without its benefits, I'm wondering if there's anyone here who bought the 11 and wished they had gotten the 12.9 instead?

Apart from schoolwork, I'll be using it for affinity photo, and some video edits as well. Might venture into using it for some music production if I can figure out the DAW on the ipad.

I had the 12.9” now and previously 10.5. The 12.9 is the best device in terms of work and movie. If portability is a key factor, get the 11”.

I declare my iPad Pro 2017 dead as touches no longer responds, even though it still displays.

Will be getting the 2018 Pro tomorrow with Logitech's slim folio pro and Apple Pencil.

I’ve already bought it and happily using now. I don’t take pics with my iPad so camera wise, not important at all.

My Note10+ also have the 3D depth sensing camera but I also don’t use it.

Remember get Apple care + and then change your iPad once every year for $68. That will make your iPad Pro last another 2 years min

I was hoping this one will last me around 3 years. My iPad Pro 10.5 was bought in May 2018 and during the warranty period went to Apple to get it replaced twice due to the screen bright spot issue. So far quality is the worst among the iPads I've owned.

I read some rumors that ipad pro 2020 launch has been pushed back to september Shall wait till March before I decide to buy though.
