Look at your models also ya coz the AFR for 2019 for all drive models was 1.89% which is much higher than 2018.

No and no

HGST are often said to be noisy but that's because their users often have the 7200rpm drives while other brand users usually bought the 5400 or 5900 rpm drives.

Seagate and WD and HGST all have both SMR and "normal" drives, just check the model before buying.
