Super-over-reaction. Medical stocks like those glove counters are down so much. People forgetting the simple fact that hospital staff need gloves to administer vaccines?

And SIA up 13% after their abysmal earnings? It's a joke really.

This vaccine news . is . not . a . silver . bullet.

Gloves are not needed when giving the vaccines. Hence, the hospital staff here don't use them.

Gloves are like those disposable face shops in Bugis stores. 1box for $5.
They are just commoditized items.
Many Malaysian production lineswere set up and expanded last year when all looked good.
And alll start running justvwhen the demand drops.


BTW there is no 3M N95 /Durex status (higher value /status) in most of these Malaysian rubber gloves.
