Welcome to the new norm.Recession is good for stocks especially when the central bank is already printing money.
But woe to those who overstay.
I've shared my target prices in other posts, most recently I shared my IWDA target price of $75.
If lower than $75, I'm accumulating. After it goes back above $75, I stop buying.
Whether my target price is right or wrong, I don't know, please DYODD![]()

I though DCA means you keep buying regardless of up or down?YTD I have bought US$15k of World & S&P500 ETFs already, however, with S&P500 touching 5,000 its going to make it difficult for me to keep up my regular DCA - I am reluctant to buy more because experience suggests that a 'healthy correction' is inevitable![]()
Jesse Livermore says once those psychological barrier is broken, the stock will fly. All time high means less supply that resist price movementAlmost every day the VWRD, IWDA, seems to be going up. Maybe IWDA will touch $100 for the first time ever this year.
I bought more VWRD and VHYD yesterday. VHYD because I want global ETF that don't have so much magnificent 7 in them. after they correct, I wonder what nickname cnbc will give them.
My thinking is that I better do more buying now, and maybe reduce buying later.... psychologically I'm not ready to buy IWDA at $100![]()

maybe its time to whack HSI liao whahahaI sold off my entire China allocation and EM allocation today at a loss. I have lost a lot of money betting on EMs over the last 3 years and it has been painful. Going forward, i will stick to my strategic allocations and I will not make such adhoc bets on countries or sectors, just because they appear cheap. Very painful lesson learned.
