The official ones/Redmi ones are compatible, never tried 3rd party one so cannot recommend leh.
Same as the pencil too, official ones, never used 3rd party.

The only issue is that stock level low, difficult to get ah.

Poco Official Shopee Store 10.25 pricing of Poco Pad 8GB/256GB seems to be good, S$215.05 with the S$30 store voucher and Shopee S$45 voucher. S$283 without any voucher.

I am not good at finding lobangs so the price may be even lower with other discounts.

Unfortunately I am more looking at an 8 inch tablet and not this big one.

Lazada is buggy for the last few days, cannot apply any Laz voucher. All the checkout price will be higher than the price shown in product page even if you have the vouchers. At least I haven't been able to get anything to apply Laz voucher.
