But travelling there is a pain in the ass. I did some jobs at here before, really go there so many traffic light. Go until dulan also.

Yes, got landed houses there facing the beach and also those small condos. Much better than north shore.
I remembered last time I went 1 workers dormitory around tuas also got seaview

remember to invest in double glazed glass and thick black out curtains. Cfm toasty daily

Walk 7 min to LRT in the sun.

Take another 10 to 15 min from LRT to Punggol Coast.

Take another 30 min on Punggol Coast to somewhere else....
