I'm in china now and tested both the Pro Max for K90 and XM 17. Periscope camera really on par and same same as XM. The Bose speakers to me just sound powerful and bassy but hard to try out in the shop with people around.

Wasted the denim blue colour not coming on Poco

You should compare F7 Ultra to F8 Pro. Haha
Think really down to price, though F8 Pro imo looks more attractive even if cost a slight bit more

F8 Pro
- 6.59" screen
- 1 more year update(?)
- larger global battery(?)

F7 Ultra
- higher 2k res screen
- 32 vs 8mp ultrawide
- 32 vs 20mp selfie

Yeah felt F8 Pro all along had lots of potential but if $530 F7 Ultra again might be a serious contest

26 November release means Black Friday Cyber Monday could clash and have the final showdown

Looking forward to F8 series. Using F6 now. Happy with everything except audio.

But hope not too heavy. F6 is just 179g. Hard to find light phones.

Currently rumored seem to be Base F8 (Redmi Turbo 5 Pro*) might be Dimensity 9500e and quite a chunky phone because of battery

If you're after Snapdragon
F8 Pro or Ultra next week early bird + (black friday/cyber monday ?) might get to very competitive price probably only beaten next half of the year if the vouchers are big enough

F8 Pro not very light but at least is smaller abit 6.59" screen and frame

I am after the improved audio. As long as specs better than my current F6 I am ok with just F8. Hope F8 is lighter than the pro and ultra

F7 ultra might be a better buy over F8 if xiaomi is clearing stock this black fri.
But F8 audio better than F7 series right ?

I am happy with my F6 except for the audio. Play video the sound not as good as my old phone. Hoping the Bose will be better.

Nothing really known about Base F8 since that's still months and months away but I'm expecting it to be a huge and heavy phone from the rumours

But F8 Pro and Ultra are the one releasing next week
F8 Pro only have "tuned by Bose"
F8 Ultra is the one with the Bose subwoofer behind

For Poco F8 Pro and F8 Ultra, it seems that they support WiFi 7 but no 6GHz support, just like Poco F7 Ultra, if the specifications from GSMArena are correct.

Guess this is purposely done by Xiaomi to differentiate from the higher end Xiaomi series.
