Should i go h100i and buy non-stock fans? Or go for aircoolers straight away?

drop to i5 4670k, use a strong air cooler, im telling you the h100i isnt worth it lol

and grab that 780 ti beast

Well H100i may not be the best AIO cooler out there. There are some Air cooler like noctua could be the beat the AIO for that also.

But the price lol.

Yes if you want to change to other fans by all means do so.

SP120 is one good fan by Corsair.
Gentle Typhoons do make good static fans.

But I know i7-4770k has hyper treading which helps in editing.
My question is if the i5-4670k can still handle editing but just as fast as the i7?

No it does not have international warranty.

Next is the i5 or i7. No it will not handle as fast as the i7. So yes depends on what you really want.

Yes. But the thing is what are you intending to use on a gtx780ti?

GTX780 is quite a beast also. If you need for editing stuffs, it is still advisable to go for a i7 than a gpu.

From what I know Corbell which is distro for MSI has very good after sales service compared to Ban Leong (ASUS). Hence, is it advisable for me to go for the MSI MOBO and GPU instead of ASUS MOBO and GPU?
