Apparently she is the GF of the leader, even had a bodyguard for her here.

There are likely many women involved since one of the scams the syndicate is involved in is love scams.

Personally, I think they are in/still in Cambodia. They wouldn't have been able to set up their operations there for this long without some form of local assistance. So I have my doubts as to whether the Cambodia side is sincere about bringing them down. Even China, their closest friend and biggest supporter, can't convince them to take down most of them.
