2700x temps

On stock cooler kryonaut paste with -0.0875v offset idle 43-55+. Short full load like cinebench 78. Long full load up to 85.
Is this normal? I read different accounts, some ppl’s full load 60+? Idle 30-40. Im reading values from tdie, not tctrl, which is the actual cpu temp.

Sounds alright. Those people who reach only 60+, is their ambient temperature 30C like in SG? I don't think so, their ambient temps might be 20C or even 10C

The max temperature reading also depends on ambient temperature.

Thats the problem, most ppl dont include their ambient temp when reporting their system temps.. so i wana check with fellow sgreans here.

Following the international typical temps of 21-24 deg C ambience, Singapore 30 deg ambience will result in higher load temps than the typical 60+ you see from reviewers.

Taking that into account, 70+ load temps is very healthy even at the beefy AMD Wraith Prism. I'd say that's perfectly normal, provided your ambience temp is not air-cond and typical SG ambience of 30 deg C lol

Ok thats a relief. No aircon. How u manage offset -0.125? I tried going beyond -0.1 but wont post. Left it at -0.875 for stability.
Also, 2700x while idling at 40c+ can randomly spike ~10c. Then the fan keep going up and down. I already set 5s fan smoothing. Still abit annoying.

Offset -0.1v is achievable for most pple
U can go bios set cpu fan pwm profile

Yeah it is pwm but the cpu temp keeps spiking randomly causing the fan to speed up and down.

I observe the same sudden spike in temps. I think this is normal since there are a lot of activities running in the background that will cause 1 or 2 cores to hit 100%. If the fan is loud, and the sound proofing of the casing is not good, you will hear the fan spin up.

I use H7 Quad Lumi, even when mining XMR it never goes above 70c

TS no state which cooler.. Anyway mine idle is 30~ max load is 72c already accounted the 10c offset..
Cooler is factual design s36 aio. Overlocked using C7H PE3 oc settings. CPU voltage offset -0.09, average voltage is 1.36~

thanks, thats alot difference, 15c. i did state stock cooler at the start
