Drivers, can you please advise him?

Hi all, I am a 29M driver who has driven for 10 years, this is my second accident. I am seeking help, as a last resort because I've been blamed to be at fault for an accident that I did not at all cause. I feel so helpless by the system. My dashcam SD Card slot was faulty and i did not know that while driving and it did not record my accident at the time of impact. I was driving a blue BYD atto 3 along lane 1, closest to the canal. Another grey BYD Seal driver, was u-turning did not stop at the stop line to give way to me and impacted my driver side and passenger door ripping my passenger door almost half off, while his car had only slight bumper and headlight damage. I suffered injuries from this accident, but not severe. This video footage is from the other driver who hit me. I know it looks like I crossed the double white line, but I never did. I was always in Lane 1 since before SCGS. The frame where my car fully comes into the video is slightly after he has impacted my right rear side, pushing my rear forward, turning the direction of my car drifting to the right, making it seem like i crossed the double white line and lane changed to hit him. That is not at all true. My workshop claims that i am disadvantaged as I have no footage and it looks like I lane-changed into him instead. But I can't believe they would find me more at fault for that then someone who doesn't stop at a stop line?? If you passed by and saw the accident/somehow managed to be one of the few vehicles who captured dashcam footage of the incident. Please let me know. My total estimate is 40K repair bill, estimate only, both doors, airbags and sensors all have to be replaced. And in my 10 years of driving, I've only had 1 other accident that was also not my fault (i know all you have to trust is hearsay, but i never had demerit points or speeding fines before). Every time i talk to my insurance or workshop i get so stressed from the trauma, but now the trauma of being held accountable for something i didn't do. The driver also never once asked "am i okay, after the accident", "i'm sorry (that i don't expect but still..), and he left me trapped in my vehicle for 10+ mins while he was busy calling other people and taking videos of his own vehicle quite far behind mine.

Got insurance. Pray you got ncd protector. Just pay excess and get loaner car.
Maybe next year no insurer insure you though.
Edited: WOT had such bad grammar i misunderstood.
Have faith in BOLA.
Video does look like you cross white line but to ask for video where at most only 1 or 2 car captured it is highly unlikely.
If BOLA can't decide it could be in your favor.

Off topic - BYD has super skinny lousy EV tires, very easy skid.

I’m not expert but if the driver is going straight and some car protrude out of right side, shouldn’t the driver instinctively swerve to the left instead of right?

If you have right of way there’s not even time for evasive manoeuvre

If the car is going straight without any evasive maneuver, an impact on the right side should send the car towards the left instead of towards the right, correct?

He says he is in most right lane but why the video shows him coming from 2nd lane? If he is on the most right lane then the video should show him moving to the left instead of to the right to siam the other car. Ask him suck thumb to pay up ba. Too bad he don’t have video record to support what he says.

The cam car didn't stop at the stop line and provided concrete evidence against himself. Wait till other cars provide their video evidence then can confirm if blue car crossed double line

The cam car nudged the victim’s right side behind, sending it into a tailspin toward the right. From the video looks like a plausible scenario.

Hopefully there’s cctv along the road, or telemetry from the car.
