2k budget for new rig

would truly appreciate if any of you could give some recommendations on the various parts for a new rig with 2k budget. And plus these 3 considerations:

1. CPU must be 4770k
2. GPU must be GTX 730 and above
3. will be using back my own Windows 7 software
