Windboi has this. I mentioned this in the other thread before.

Scrip dividends, but they have alot of share buybacks. Scrips depress share price, but buyback boost share price.

Not vested.

looking at the chart i felt like i picked a high hanging fruit....but i also feel it is good company. I will go long term with them. They are going to have several more new units at the end of this year.:D:D$$$$$$:D:D$$$

Hmmm have to read their financials...I didn't follow this closely. I would take cash though, given the uncertainty over the economy in Singapore

Use to have this for awhile but it's holdings is quite different since I hold it years ago...
