it was just a matter of time this happens. when the bigger room flats are priced out, buyers will have to settle for the next smaller one, which in return will jack up the price as demand soars.

What? Bidadari already got one 3r unit sold at $900k last Dec lor
I'm waiting to see how high mine goes by 2027

last month itself already got a 3rm at 900k @boon keng.

But that one is just MOP one.

They cannot blame Singles for record breaking homes sold. Cos no way Singles get BTO for these.

Time to change policy.
