Hi all
I have the following product:

I was working some weeks ago, but today when I tried using, the power light comes on, but it doesn't read / detect the HDD. I did a fresh install of Win10 a week ago, and am not sure if that had caused this as the device was used only occasionally.
I've tried swapping to a different HDD, plugging and unplugging the SATA port.. doesn't work. Can't remember if a driver was required, but I don't think so as it's just plug and play SATA, right? Any suggestions? Or shall I buy a new one?
