$3000 Gaming PC Build I need help :(

I have some understanding of computer and parts but I am stuck and lost when having to choose different components for the build.

I'm looking for a gaming computer with minimal water cooling to the CPU and possibly to the GPU(s).

Please help me pick out the best parts, your opinions mean to me a lot.

You need wifi?
Do you want some build theme and aesthetic for your rig?
Do you wanna overclock?
What kind of monitor you using? Resolution and refresh rate.
Your pc at table top or on the floor?
Do you want to wait for AMD Ryzen to be released or you're sticking with Intel-Nvidia?
