$30k can take gojek or comfort taxi for how many years?

Sometimes better to understand why chiu need a car. If it is just to commute to work, maybe not a wise decision.

P.S. other than $30k, dont forget the maintenance, road tax, insurance, parking, petrol, ERP, etc etc etc etc......
Lol when rainy day a lot of ppl crowding to call transport

gojek grab all useless

tts when u can happily walk to open your car door and wave to the crowds while driving off

if u intend to drive 10 years, get new, you are assured good condition for 5 years
if u only want to drive 4-5years, get used and prepare $10k extra for repair. Else u will headache again when coe expire later

New cerato annual dep around $10k

Used cerato annual dep around $6k

used cerato will need yearly inspection, higher road tax, higher maintenance, higher FC. All these higher costs will decrease the gap to maybe $2k more a year.

For less than $200 a month more, you get a new car, a much safer car, higher efficiency, 5 years warranty. Unless you know the history of the used car, best is still get a new car if you can afford it.
