What kampung. People were still doing that in the early 90s. When live birds could still be bought from wet market.

lol… I don’t remember seeing that in my estate at least . I know my late mom used to bring me to Chinatown market to buy pets… We kept pet chicks, and rabbit

I rem moi mum bought chicks fr wet mkt. Didn't last a wk. Cos I use to hold them by the neck & squeeze.... 🤣

Team had coffee during lunch. 6 of us including one local boss and overseas boss. They assigned the most junior guy to buy. I see already a bit buay song. Had to step in to help pay.
Huh...why assign people to pay? Usually team lunch the boss auto pay

Was lunch at a food court where everyone bought their own lunch. It was for coffee thereafter at the food court. I just find the local boss should have offer his card to pay if the most junior guy was assigned to buy. Anyway just something that stood out for me today

Feel a bit disillusioned about the dream of working in town area, surrounded by OLs during lunch... :s34:
