did anyone read about the rental disagreement between OG/Hao_mart and shop leasee?

This is the 2nd time in october i see sub-let shop lease gets the flak. There was another similar case in melbourne. And with the class action suit by the sub-let shop, there was nothing the law can do. These shops werent able to enter their own shop to collect their things as that potentially belong to the main landlord, who in this case refuse to communicate

whenever infrastucture goes up up up...everyhting else is down. The market is grabbing people in infrastructure
