jus convenience in eatery or group gathering where everyone is talking their preferred topic, i prefer to listen to my vod-cast, my hat can cover my ears preventing ppl to see i am anti-social LOL.

budget $150? long battery and easy to charge via wireless. can link to car so that my right ear can hear without blasting my sound stereo with windows opened. oh yes my right ear is in declining hearing due to previous work hazard and personal injury. so looking at something i can wear when i pull down the windows on speeding on highway.
