not asking them to indemnify me. But with the experience like this, what is the incentive for anyone to report near miss to the banks and for them to strength their counter measures? By reporting, you are subjecting yourself to the bank's discretion to fault you for future lapses that may not be your fault.

Haha! Actually this is the cheapest option in the Namba area. I even purposely visited during lunch when the pricing is cheaper than dinner. All the other restaurants are offering more than $200, even at lunch time.
A good sign is this restaurant had mostly local Japanese customers when I was there.
