Is only because of the circuit breaker and expected that it will be lifted and company will then ask employees to return to office to work anyway

dont say like that leh. i rejected 2 offers just because they needed work from office .

if they allow work from home or 4 day work week, i'll be more than happy.

Depends on your job. Sure you can do own stuff but if work output not there then also GG.
