You sound like my big boss. It’s not an entitlement.

it’s true. But it’s also proven to a certain extent, work can still be performed and produced when wfh. Not everything has to be done in office.

hybrid workforce is the outcome of Covid
see people, i am open for WFH. cause i am wfh. but if the output is not desired then might need to work out something.

I also won't. I will just buy ticket for the nankai rapid train. But my bro ask me find airport transfer. I just tell him not spend too much money on osaka trip
Your brother got small kids right? And also elderly right.

Might be easier to just pay the airport transfer

Wfh is not an entitlement from the start

Is only because of the circuit breaker and expected that it will be lifted and company will then ask employees to return to office to work anyway
dont say like that leh. i rejected 2 offers just because they needed work from office .

if they allow work from home or 4 day work week, i'll be more than happy.

It’s unfortunate some people took advantage of it to do other stuff or some employees just don’t respond as they should..
Sometimes, it’s just bosses not trusting employees enough.

He will probably need more than 1 vehicle though. Won't be cheap.

Train from Kansai shouldn't be that difficult even for elderly and kids?

Why more than 1 vehicle? There are 7-9 seater vehicles and luggage for airport transfer

Is just that the cost for 1 way is like $150-$200 sgd . Which is also why I recommend the nankai rapid train
