Isn't parquet quite terrible for maintenance? Does it require a special coating to be reapplied periodically?

Dark flooring, black ants... how to see?? Plus so much gaps and cracks for them to hide....

Yeah it is... but old house old ppl taste... they always like parquet for some reason.... only good thing is floor not that cold in the morning after one night of AC....

Speaking of air-con. Isn't cold-hot temperature-induced expansion a concern? Is that why there is always gaps between parquet flooring? Or is that just due to age?

Realized that parquet flooring tend to have that feet piak piak slapping sound, similar to Vinyl.
Think tiles tend to have nicer feedback. Though that will have that cold feeling jotting you awake; which u dislike

I think parquet was a preference bah. Don't really see that nowadays for redeveloped units.

Saw this youtube vido of some liquid bait which seems to have delay and increases the chance the workers would feed to the queen; thereafter stopping the colony activities once she dies.

Health365 solved the sync issue with Fitbit. Clocking every week smoothly.

I am walking away from Fitbit.
for last few months they are forcing people to update firmware, and different version of fitbit battery will experience sudden failure. mine included. mine is only 15 months, battery failure and it is a firmware issue
