as in, for her to prepare? else, suddenly 2 or 3 weeks later, i leave until my last day
no need, unless you superb close to the boss. even so, i do not recommend informing them first. yes. you want to give heads up but i think just quit naturally. your notice period is already enough time for them to prepare, and that's the purpose for notice period - transition period.

Well, it really depends on your PT's philosophy and your specific goals. Whey protein powder and supplements are just that, supplements. They are meant to fill gaps when you fall short on protein or carbs from whole foods. For example, if your target is 130g protein daily and you are at 100g by night, a scoop of whey helps you hit the mark without forcing another chicken breast. The foundation should always be real food. Supplements are not meal replacements.

Weight loss boils down to calorie deficit, but it is not just "eat less, move more." You need to track macros properly. That "one heavy meal, one light" approach sounds simple, but portions sneak up. 180g cooked rice is about 220 kcal and 50g carbs. Cai png? Easily 600 to 800 kcal with all the oil. Logging food (even for a week) reveals the truth.

On supersets, it is totally individual. Some thrive on straight sets with full recovery, others love the intensity of supersets. Either way, progressive overload and variety are key. Your body adapts fast. Switch exercises, rep schemes, or rest intervals every 4 to 6 weeks to keep progressing.

Bottom line is to find a PT who aligns with your lifestyle, and this industry full of crappy PT. I was told by this PT in a former big gym that if i do not sign up with them, i will not be discipline to go to the gym.
i feel like reducing my muscle mass 😂😂😂😂😂

These days i only have 1 meal a day unless my fitbit tells me ytd i reach 2k cal usage . very rare these days . I am just too busy. even my GP rang me these morning, chase me on going for my tests

long story here - https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/threads/i-want-to-take-a-career-break-of-1-year-37m.7166651/

question

I high chance quitting next year. either
1) after bonus (Q1)
2) 1.5 months before reservist (Q2 or early Q3) - so that during notice period, i will go for 2 weeks reservists

either one, i have at least 20 days of leaves to clear. i also have 10 days of leaves now to bring to next year.

before the official resignation, should I inform my direct manager first? like give her more time to prepare?

especially scenario 2, I probably work for 2 weeks and the rest of the notice period will be out of office already.
What's your notice period? 1 month?

@orbvius why local HR like to process it ?
half bah. they dont really like to process.
but its something they will do due to obligation.

when times are not so good now, it just mean the staff salary is paid by ahgong.
for the smaller companies, you know what that means when they submit manually.
