I think you may have read that paragraph out of context. The part about moving to the new framework by 2028 applies to people who buy the existing riders between now and Mar 31, 2026.

MOH was referring to new purchasers of the old riders, not long-standing existing policyholders.

For people who already hold the old riders now, MOH said insurers will determine their own approach, and even acknowledged that some insurers may keep the existing terms.

So as of now, there is still no firm decision for existing policyholders. This is why the reporting is confusing, and the article was not written very clearly.
算了。你不相信我

The article talk about 2026-2028 is about the bridging period. MOH leave it to insurer how they wanna bridge to customers

looks like you already suspected her which was why you went to IT

Yeah. Honestly I doubt her. But also for a matter of fact if it’s true, we need to ensure there aren’t any missing emails. As we are expecting returns for some company wide exercise.

I red flag her because she has doesn’t really do her work properly. Even attitude got problem.

I think she’s performing way below expectations.

Think forgot to good morning here.

Today my contract staff told me she didn’t receive my email drafted for her to use … I sent last Friday. I asked her to check her entire mailbox. She claim never receive.

I raised a ticket to IT helpdesk for investigation. It’s confirmed sent.
After I show her what IT replied, she told me it’s in her deleted folder.

Tsk tsk.

Sounds like my senior staff. But did her boss talk to her about her deliverables?
