Many people after years of hard work suddenly retire and thinking of wanting to enjoy life suddenly will go. Same for smokers who smoked many years suddenly quit smoking will also face a similar fate

RIP Namo Amituofo. Don't wait.
if you're(above 55) struggling to recover from the physical or mental demands of work….your body could be already telling you to slow down….

Life is unpredictable.….you may live till 90 also, don’t spend all your money too early.

It is not a matter of after u retire u got money or not, it a matter of after retirement u got health/life or not?

Some is 劳碌命. If stop all stop…. Haizzz
RIP.

Hope he RIP

life is fragile

Yes, life is still fragile, but that does not mean we are helpless.

This is the problem with population-level healthcare.

It gives broad guidance, but many people receive it as an absolute answer for their own body.

That is where the mistake happens.

That is how the same sad cases keep repeating. The warning signs may already be there, but people are often looking at the wrong signals.

A lot of people here can predict/forecast wealth but health is one we can't....
Health is not impossible to read. The problem is that most people are looking at the wrong numbers, or waiting until the body finally breaks down.

For those still unsure, you can DM.
