Would not reco 690 sli because your vram is limited to 2gb only...

Better get 680 sli at most tri sli with 4gb vram... Try to get blower type, reco evga...

Blower type good because it sucks air then out the back of the case? instead of blowing hot air into the bottom card?

aftermarket coolers are good when used as a single card or in a one-slot gap SLI implementation

aftermarket cooler dump heat back inside the case and if other gfx cards are nearby - it 'recycles' and sucks the air back-in / this typically causes the top card of an SLI stack to overheat and cause hangs...

if you need 3-way SLI most mobos cannot give you one slot gap between gfx card -- that is why you need blower/reference type coolers..

Thinking of changing of stuff from the items below,

1) Considering changing to 5x portrait 29" or Projector. (any good recommendations for this setup?)

2) Adding in another additional GTX680 4gb making it 3x SLI(any use?) or Switching both my cards to Titan x2

3) Fan cooling vs water cooling

Other than those 3 above, is there any bottle neck in my config that I should change?

get a passive 3d TV, 42" and above much better than 3x monitor with bezel inbetween. Passive 3d is the future, who wants to charge the glasses and wear a heavy glasses.

I see from the first page u have a big budget.you should have bought the overkill build right from the start . Since u changing again just go for titans/the upcoming amd cards and 1440p x3 monitors .nvidia only support 3 monitor max

bought 2 sapphire 7970 oc 3gb for cross fire.

And 5 dell U2913WM. Set up in eyefinity portrait mode.
