3G non smartphone

Anyone got recommendation on which model which support 3G network but is not smartphone?

Need 1 for my parents to prepare during 2017 as all telcos will cease 2G network but they dunno how to operate a smartphone.

Huh? Any nokia candy bar phone is non3G leh. 3g sim cards works on 2g phones.

2G phones by then can't even be used cos the network for 2G ceased??
