3G to LTE upgrade question

Hi,

I am on Singtel, I recently upgrade my plan to get iPhone 5 with LTE. I got the nanosim card, and when they switched over to the new card, I only still get 3G connection and not LTE. My settings in the phone already enabled LTE connection but it still says 3G.

Is the upgrade automatic or do i still have to wait a while longer before they switch me to LTE? Should I call singtel to ask what happened?

Call to check and ask if LTE is enabled.
Also make sure the place you are at has LTE.

When you apply for it? If it is just today then wait for 2-5hrs. If it has been a few days then call your telco.

Ah I forgot. ST is not fully covered yet. Yes. That would be one point to take note unless it is m1.

Thanks for the response. Its been 24 hours since I switched to the nano sim card. And from where I am, im pretty sure LTE is covered. Guess I will give them a call soon.

TS, did u enable the LTE on your hp?

SETTINGS --> GENERAL --> MOBILE DATA --> ENABLE LTE

the LTE may not be activated immediately. I had the same experience cos my new contract (with LTE) only starts 3 days after I collected the phone
