3GS IPHONE bloated battery

just curious if Apple still replace or repair 3GS phone. Although it is my spare phone and have keep in my cupboard for sometime, today i just find out that the screen pops out.

Might cost more than the phone itself to repair since the resale value is pretty low for that model
