and the only visual evidence we see are usually blur photographs.

My prediction:

3I/Altas hides behind the sun. Everyone talking about it and the prediction it will come back out from the sun where we can observe it again.

However, the course suddenly changed and it never emerge out to our line of sight again. There will be a woo hoo over this. But since we cant observe it anymore, this saga will die down.

Trying to find the truth is good. But he’s like linking every twist and turn to aliens and appearing non-stop on media who are happily quoting him without balancing with other possibilities. If I’m not wrong, no other scientists are doing that. Is this gloating?

do you mean if a fund manager say market is toppish and find data to support it, but other fund managers are saying market still has a long bull , we should laugh at the bearish fund manager?

I'm grateful the small minority persist despite of all the clowns laughing at them.

Got one History channel keeps talking about aliens and people laugh at them because they are not credible. Now got Harvard prof who believes and i think it is ok to be one-sided.

No one can confirm 100% but i think it is ok to take sides if he truly believe in it.

Haha. In the first place, I won’t place fund managers on the same platform as scientists. It’s opinion (albeit a studied one) vs scientific rigour. Maybe I expect scientists to be more circumspect about constantly appearing on media who just present one theory with little balance with other possibilities.

I see Avi writing papers and stating multiple anomalies (7 or 8?) that are not typical of comets and can't be explained .. and no other scientists had come forward to prove those anomalies are wrong or explained them....

Plus requests for NASA to provide high resolution images captured on 2 Oct had met with silence, and so did a congress woman ...

Think he pins a probability of ~40% that it is not natural. He did not even cross the 50% probability mark.

It's premature to cast doubt on Avi's quest for scientific truth.

Time will tell.
