Hi is it advisable to take up 300k house loan with 3k monthly.? I suppose some already in process of servicing mre than wat they can afford..300++k can oni get 3rm resale which I staying nw..thought get 4rm but is at least 400k..bto is out of question..nt qualified

This question has no head or tail. coz there is a lack of disposable income information

$3k/m may be unaffordable for someone earning $3500 nett but is definitely affordable for people whose disposable income is well in excess of $3000

It depends on your current commitments?

Hence, if you think you can maintain the monthly mortgage and include in a reasonable period of downtime, if you are out of a job, why not?
Else you may want to go for something with a lower monthly repayment

If you are a foreigner, it might be a good idea to sink your roots into Singapore

If you are a single, it may be a good time to look for that special other, and drop some expectations to increase your chances.
