i was using skyscanner to look for flights and it link me to the cheapest flights booking via ebookers.com and bravofly.com, both 3rd party booking agents.

wondering if anyone got experience with using 3rd party agent to book air tickets before not ?

I'm going to say be cautious. I had a hell of a time with Webjet getting them to change a booking - nearly ended up having to eat a thousand-dollar change fee because they have to do everything manually. Call up the airline and see if they'll match the fare.

thanks all for your comments.

i understand via 3rd party u can nv make changes, or u go thru a lot of trouble to make them.
but if the flights are firm i am guessing there wont be other issues? like a scam or something?

I think as long as there's local support, it should be easier (even though the call center may not be based locally).

Though of course since we're usually booking the cheapest tickets, changing names, etc.. would definitely cost a fee but sometimes itinerary can't be changed.
