4 beep error help[solved] / zotac 1070 mini fan error

Hi all, just reach home from overseas, my computer got 4 beep sound when i tried to turn on.

I tried resetting my 1x8gb kingston value ram but still same.

Any other suggestions?

EDIT: another round of resetting my ram, it works, my computer is running again. BUT now comes another problem, i heard some fan noise and i check my gpu, zotac 1070 mini, only 1 fan is running and the other is like no stamina cannot run anymore.

the fan is because of the 0db tech, its not broken or what. its just that when u are using the gpu when it rech certain temp. the gpu fans will den starts to cool down your gpu.

temp 60 and above will be spinning. anyway download MSI afterburner and set to 100% to see both fans running.
