Hi there, dun think there is a molex adapter for 4 pin. There is a adapter for 3pin. I presume the 4pin fans u are referring to are PWM 4pin fans? If that is so, u can either get a split cable or get a 4pin fan controller.

You can use the molex to 3-pin adapter. It'll work for 4-pin fan.

So no choice but to use Splitter? Can one sysfan head support 3 fan?

Not advisable due to high current draw from the 3 from from a single fan connector.

Buy 4 pins molex to 3 pins male connector cable:

Solved!
I bought a Molex to 2pin Adapter. Cut away the right side so that my 4pin connector can fit in. It works! Just a question, my gpu is sucking air in, should my case fan follow the same orientation or should it blow air out?

but gpu fans suck in fans is to cool those heat fins and pipe, thus making your gpu temp lower, if blows on reverse direction, it could results in other adverse effects which im not aware or sure about it.

Ur case fan should be pushing air towards gpu fan intake. Dun make it fight for air with gpu otherwise your gpu will overheat.
